Grammys 2010: Green Day Celebrate After Their Win Scientologists are rushing to Haiti 
Feb. 2 (Bloomberg) — Former Federal Reserve Governor Robert Heller and Ernie Patrikis, a former New York Fed general counsel, talk with Bloomberg’s Mark Crumpton and Lori Rothman about the "Volcker Rule," under which commercial banks would be prohibited from owning hedge funds and limited in how much they could trade for their own accounts. Patrikis also discusses an agreement by American International Group Inc.’s derivatives staff to forgo about three-quarters of the $26 million in retention bonuses that the US paymaster asked be forfeited.
