Feb. 2 (Bloomberg) — Jim Bianco, president of Bianco Research LLC, talks with Bloombergs Betty Liu about the implications of the Volcker Rule, under which commercial banks would be prohibited from owning hedge funds and limited in how much they could trade for their own accounts. Bianco, speaking from Chicago, also discusses the outlook for former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker’s testimony to the Senate Banking Committee today and financial regulation.
